We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.tumi.com. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift box, and other charges. Please note, however, that monogrammed and personalized items, including Accent Your Alpha, cannot be returned.

Return shipping is free. You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic label to return your purchase. If you cannot find the prepaid shipping label, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-299-TUMI (8864) or contact us by email.

We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure credit. Sale merchandise will be issued a credit at the current selling price.

Unused items purchased on www.tumi.com can also be returned to a US Tumi full price location. Please make sure to have all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. Store credit will be issued for items without documentation.
