I travel almost weekly and pack "heavy" for my business trips as sometimes I stay for two to three weeks at the client site. As I'm only 5'1", and not very strong, it's always a challenge pulling my heavy suitcase plus my laptop.
NOT ANYMORE!
I and my family cannot believe how easy it is to pull this suitcase, no matter if it is filled to the brim.

Purchased for my husband to replace bag that he wore out (similar TUMI model). He's not actually used the new bag yet but thinks that changes in the new one (versus the one I purchased for him in 2002-2003) are very positive. He likes the dark brown color especially (instead of black that he had before) since it can be differentiated from others at baggage claim.

This bag is the perfect size when the 22 inch is too small and the 26 inch is too big. Roomy, very well made and a free tote bag included makes it a great value too!
